The protection of your data is a matter of special concern to us. As a user of our website, the MIP Pharma Group would like to inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the survey and use of personal data. We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions and we are constantly striving for topicality of our privacy policy and for an always responsible handling of your data. If our privacy statement is adjusted to comply with changing legislation or court rulings, all amendments will be published in this privacy policy.

In principle, we only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as of our contents and services. The processing of personal data relating to our users only happens regularly after the consent of the user. An exception applies to cases in which prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and in which the processing of the data is permitted by law.
Third parties will only be provided with the stored data in the manner described in this declaration. What data is collected, how and for what purpose?

A combination of this data with other data sources does not take place. In case that data need to be stored for reasons of proof, they are excluded from the deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - especially statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Within the company, those departments / employees who need your data to process your request will receive your data.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
As far as the law grants this possibility, you have the right, at any time and without stating reasons, to object to the processing of your personal data which are collected for the purpose of our legitimate interests according to article 6. 1 (f) GDPR for the future.
In case of a given consent, you have the right of withdrawal at any time and without stating reasons.
In addition, you have the right to information about your stored personal data as well as the right to correction, deletion (or limitation of the processing) of your stored personal data as well as the right to data transfer (in particular according to article 7, paragraphs 3, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 GDPR).

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
